I Quit

When I left, the Project Manager said he was “disappointed” that I was leaving while the Vice President imparted a bunch of wisdom upon me that basically told me that he had gone through the same thing (having to leave a company where he wasn’t feeling the love any more). I really miss the guys I worked with (it’s been 6 months already) but time marches on and waits for nobody. at 2006-06-19 21:03:31

Out of curiousity: do you think you prefer a techie compared to being a project manager? Because my problem is that it’s so difficult to know what to do after you have been coding for some time and how to move on in your career… at 2006-06-19 21:17:46

mom said: i still think that investing 90 emails and x number of minutes into a relationship is fine if you are only looking for friendship, but if you are looking for sparks to fly, its still best just to meet and if the sparks fly, then invest the time. In my opinion nothing is better than real life. It can save heartache, and who doesn’t want to do that. It does sound like a good date though. at 2006-06-20 01:12:39
